Hi, I'm Evelynne

"The aim of good CBT isn't to manage anxiety forever. It's to give you the tools so you don't need a therapist anymore. That's what I'm working towards with every client."

I'm a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I specialise in anxiety, specifically OCD, health anxiety, panic disorder.

All my sessions are online. I work with adults across London and the rest of the UK, and I keep my caseload deliberately small. Your therapy gets proper attention, not a conveyor belt.

I have personal experience of anxiety. I mention it not to make the work about me, but because it changes how I listen.
